Refund policy

As an Irish registered company our returns policy is in line with all relevant Irish and European law and best practice. We want to make sure your buying experience with Simulated Sports Entertainment Ltd is a positive one, and so if you have any issues with your purchase, do not hesitate to get in touch.

For faulty or defective items, we will repair, replace or refund as is appropriate for the specific situation. If you change your mind, we will accept returns for unopened items within 28 days of the purchase date. We cannot accept returns of used or opened items. In all cases the best thing to do is pick up the phone and give us a call and see how we can help you.

Refunds

Once a return has been agreed and the item received back, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a further few working days for the funds to appear on your statement.
