Where an installation, fit-out or commissioning service is included in your purchase, it is your responsibility to ensure the intended space meets the room dimensions, power, flooring, network and access requirements we advise before delivery. We will confirm requirements with you in advance. Additional works required to make a space suitable are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

Delivery and installation dates given are estimates. We will keep you informed of any change and work with you to agree a revised date.

7. Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
